I wonder then why the pizza caused the longest insulin response…Because it has cheese on it which adds a considerable amount of fat?

So someone can loose weight by eating nuts all day which is 100% fat, and still loose weight? I dont believe that. Fat stays as fat once it enters your body , so basiclly your still getting fat..I dont see how fat gives you energy. I perfer complex carbs, the healthy ones. Im on a raw food diet I eat alot of fruit ,veggies, and sprouts, mung beans, buckwheat etc. I feel amazing!! I removed all dairy, meat from my diet.

because sugar is useless waste to the body that it can not use for anything but energy and if that energy is not used immediately, it’s stored long term as fat otherwise they would poison the blood . Fatty acids are actually needed for various functions so body uses them immediatelly.

Love your lecture and completely agree with what you say.. I just dont understand chemically speaking, how does blood sugar convert into fat? or how does it get stored as fat? If fatty acids are essential, how come we can convert sugar into fat.. ?

@maiclifford Your missing the point dude. Nothing is good or bad, good or bad is defined and determined by the individuaIs/soIutions/bodys interpretation of the eIement in question . BaIance is key. How is baIance attained ?. By Iiving a stress free Iife-styIe. What causes or exacerbates a stressfuI Iife-styIe ?. Bad eating habits, hormonaI imbaIances and biochemica irreguIarities. What causes bad eating habits ?. Stress………

Milk hovers around the 30’s on the Glycemic index so it’s fairly moderate in regards to increasing blood sugar levels.

There’s also a small deviation on what type of milk you’re talking about.
