    @Kaseypink123 Yeah, in the form of ALA, which is very poorly converted to the human bodies useful form of Omega 3 called Dha/Epa. Fish, eggs and free range meats make plant based forms of Omega 3 look pathetic.

    Awesome video and good for you!! :) It is so nice to hear about finding peace, harmony and balance with nutrition and the body. I am eating a lot more fruit than I ever have before…about ten pieces a day and I’m a vegan raw foodist. My question is if you have changed anything with your oral care? I worry about cavities. I eat only a tiny amount of dried fruit…just a sprinkle of goji berries on my cereal each morning. Yet I still worry that all of the fresh fruit will give me cavities.

    Chia seeds, buckwheat and hulled hemp seeds are LOADED with omega 3.

    Another reason to avoid the Vegan Diet is EFA deficiency, primarily DHA/EPA. Plant based Omega3 efa, known as Alpha Linolenic acid has to be converted for your body to use as DHA/EPA, this conversion rate in humans is very low, usually at a rate of 1-4%. Jesus, the saviour of the world ate fish, it should be ok for everyone else.

    omg! im going through the same thing!!! I almost wanted to give up with the raw lifestyle. Im trying to do it simple now. I was so into the gourmet and waiting for the miracle and nothing. Im trying to make smoothies and great salads. Herbs are great too. Thank you for this video and inspiration!!

    Hey there really enjoyed you’re video. Is there a test you can take for candida? How do you measure it? Do you have a theory as to what was contributing most to your candida foodwise? I’m a guy by the way so forget vaginal candida or whatever it is. I have just heard this term and wondered. The ONLY symptom I share with you is real problem focusing.

    Sorry vegans your vegan diet is NOT protecting you from cancer. Your genes, bodyweight and enviornment are the determining factors. , Plants are NOT a panacea , stop fooling yourselves.

    Plants make all sorts of compounds that are carcinogenic and could give us cancer.

    Cycad plants in the tropics are carcigoneic, Safrole found in cinnamin, nutmeg, saasafras tea. Did you know black pepper causes cancer in mice?
    Mother Nature does NOT care about OUR survival. Don’t assume she does. Plants do NOT want to be eaten and have defenses against bugs, animals and humans.

    For the most part lowfat diets are counterproductive as far as weight loss and/or health.
