Any individual can face the problem of diabetes in his/her life. There is no any fixed age or weight for this disease. It can happen anytime. People suffering with diabetes have to face lot of trouble as comparison to normal people but by following few tips you can easily control the situation. The first thing you need to do is to control the level of sugar or glucose in your body. The minimum level of sugar is the only guarantee of healthy life in spite of diabetes and keep in mind that you can not eliminate the level of sugar from your body, you can only control it.
Regular exercise is another activity which you have to do. You can not afford to ignore or miss it. A small workout in a day can help you to control the level of sugar. It is not necessary that you have to hit the gym only. In case, you don’t like gym then join yoga class, dancing class, swimming class etc. If you can not do these things as well then 30 minutes walk or cycling is must.
In case of diabetes, you have to take very special care of your food. You can not afford to have chocolate, sweets, packed food, junk food, cold drinks, hard rinks etc. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, water etc.
